Oncology后处理技术在低剂量CT扫描泌尿系结石中的应用价值
The value of oncology post-processing technology in the low-dose CT scans of urinary calculi
【摘要】 目的 探讨Oncology后处理技术在低剂量CT扫描泌尿系结石中的价值。方法 对30例可疑泌尿系结石的患者进行CT扫描,使用Oncology后处理技术进行结石成分及容积测量,将测量结果与临床术后取出结石资料对比。结果 扫描发现结石共45个,Oncology测量结石体积约为66.176 mL,临床测量结石体积约为64.958 mL,结果无显著性统计学差异。CT值>450 HU的结石32个,<450 HU的结石13个,CT值成分分类与临床所得结果基本一致。结论 使用Oncology后处理技术可以清晰地显示结石大小、形态和位置,为临床医师提供更完整的影像学资料。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Oncology post-processing technology in the spiral CT of urinary calculi.Methods Thirty suspected patients with urinary calculi were scanned by CT.We used Oncology post-processing technology to measure the composition and volume of the urinary calculi and compared the measuring results with the clinical data.Results Forty-five urinary calculi were found.The result of Oncology was 66.176 mL while the clinical was 64.958 mL for volume measurement.The results were not significantly different.Thirty-two urinary calculi’ s CT values were greater than 450 HU.Thirteen urinary calculi’ s CT values were less than 450 HU.CT values for ingredients classified were consistented with the clinical findings.Conclusion The location,size and morphology of urinary calculi could be clearly displayed by Oncology post-processing technology.It could provide more complete imaging information for clinicians.
