高分辨率相位差增强成像技术在脑静脉成像中的应用
The application of detecting cerebral veins using high-resolution MR phase-difference enhanced imaging
【摘要】 目的 探讨高分辨率相位差增强成像技术(phase difference enhanced imaging,PADRE)在脑静脉成像中的应用价值。方法73例健康人接受头部高分辨率PADRE技术成像,利用原始数据行组织增强(TE)、血管增强(VE)及最小密度投影(MinIP)后处理,观察TE图像对灰白质对比的显示及MinIP图像中脑静脉的显示情况并对大脑内静脉的构成、静脉角位置的正常及变异情况进行统计分析。结果 PADRE技术成像可显示大脑灰白质分界,上矢状窦旁桥静脉、皮质静脉、大脑内静脉(ICV)及其属支;隔静脉(SV)、丘纹静脉(TSV)、尾状核前静脉(ACV)、脉络膜上静脉(SCV)、房内侧静脉(MAV)及ICV显示率分别为100%、92.5%、91.8%、13.0%、93.8%、100%。ICV主要由SV与TSV汇合形成(74.7%),亦可由SV、TSV与ACV汇合形成(9.6%),SV、TSV与SCV汇合形成(8.2%),以及SV与ACV汇合形成(5.5%),SV、ACV及SCV汇合形成(2.0%)。静脉角可位于室间孔后缘(64.4%)、丘脑前1/3(16.4%),丘脑中1/3(11.7%)及未形成静脉角(7.5%)。结论 高分辨率PADRE技术可以清晰显示脑静脉及大脑灰白质对比,这将为神经外科手术路径的选择提供一定帮助。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the detectability of the cerebral veins using phase difference enhanced imaging(PADRE) technique and its value in clinical application.Methods Seventy-three subjects were examined by high-resolution PADRE technique,tissue enhancement(TE),vessel enhancement(VE)and minimum intensity projection(MinIP) post-processing methods were applied to demonstrate the gray-to-white contrast and cerebral veins.To observe and analyze the detectability of cerebral veins,and to make statistical analysis on normal and variation of internal cerebral vein and its attributes,as well as the position of venous angle.Results The PADRE technique could visualize the interface of gray and white matter,parasagittal bridging veins,cortical veins,internal cerebral veins(ICV) and its attributes.The demonstration rates of the septal veins(SV), thalamostriate veins(TSV),anterior caudate veins(ACV),superior choroidal vein(SCV),medial atrial vein(MAV) and ICV were 100%,92.5%,91.8%,13.0%,93.8% and100%,respectively.ICV were mostly converged by SV and TSV(74.7%%),also by SV,TSV and ACV(9.6%),SV,TSV and SCV(8.2%), SV and ACV(5.5%),SV,ACV and SCV(2.0%).The positions of venous angle were variant,which located just at the posterior of foramen Monro(64.4%) or at anterior 1/3 of thalamus(16.4%) or at middle 1/3 of thalamus(11.7%),or venous angle was not formed(7.5%).Conclusion The cerebral veins and the gray-to white contrast could be clearly depicted using PADRE technique,which may help the selection of brain surgical approaches.
