【摘要】 目的 探讨64排容积CT尿路造影(VCTU)对泌尿系统疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 对46例泌尿系统病变患者行CT平扫、双期增强、延时扫描,将原始资料传至工作站中进行后处理,获得MPR、CPR、MIP和VR图像。结果 46例中,肾癌10例,肾盂输尿管癌2例,膀胱癌3例,泌尿系统先天发育异常11例,泌尿系结石16例,肾盂输尿管漏1例,肾周感染1例,双肾盂旁囊肿2例。30例经手术证实,16例经临床证实。46例患者VCTU三维重建图像均可清晰显示肾脏、输尿管及膀胱大小、形态、位置,高密度结石影及泌尿系肿瘤的软组织肿块,管壁增厚与管腔狭窄情况。结论 VCTU技术具有扫描速度快、重建功能强大、后处理图像清晰等优越性,能提高双肾、输尿管及膀胱病变诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of 64-slice volume CT urography(VCTU) in diagnosing urologic disease.Methods Forty-six patients with different urologic diseases underwent both CT plain scan and double-phase enhanced scan.The primary data was transmitted to the workstation to get the multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved planar reconstruction(CPR) and volume rendering(VR) images.Results Among 46 cases,there were renal carcinoma in 10 cases,pelviureteric carcinoma in 2 cases,bladder carcinoma in 3 cases,urinary system congenital dysplasia in 11 cases,pelviureteric stone in 16 cases,pelviureteric leakage in 1 case,infection around kidney in 1 case,and bilateral pelvic cysts in 2 cases.30 cases were confirmed by surgery,and 16 cases were confirmed by clinical manifestations.3D reconstruction of VCTU could clearly show the size,shape location and density of the kidney,ureter and bladder,hyperdense stone,soft tissue mass of tumors,wall thickening and lumen stenosis of urinary system.Conclusion VCTU has obvious advantages in fast-scanning,powerful reconstructing and clear postprocessing images,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of the kidney,ureter and bladder lesions.更多还原
