傅里叶变换红外光谱快速测定粗苯中苯系物

【摘要】 模拟粗苯的组成,利用分子的振动光谱建立测定粗苯中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯异构体5种组分的红外光谱分析方法。实验表明:红外光谱法对5组分的测定具有良好的线性,苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯的线性方程的相关系数r分别为0.998 3,0.999 6,0.995 9,0.999 3,0.999 5。用t-检验法对新建红外光谱测试方法进行考察,在置信概率95%时,t<t0.95(2.45),说明红外光谱法准确可靠。用该法分别对模拟样品和实样进行测定,并与气相色谱法对照,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 By simulate the composition of crude benzene, the research had established a qualitative analysis method that determined five kinds components of benzene, toluene and xylene isomer by using IR spectrum. Experimental results show that quasilinear equations of benzene, toluene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene had good linear,the correlation coefficient r were 0.998 3, 0.999 6,0.995 9, 0.999 3, 0.999 5 respectively. The new method was examined using t-test, at a 95%confidence lever, t<t0.95( 2.45). The results of t-test indicate that IR spectrum method was accurate and reliable. Using the method, simulation samples and crude benzol were measured, and compared with gas chromatography,the result had been satisfactory.
