无线智能双冲量超声波水力平衡调节仪研究

【摘要】 针对目前供热管网普遍存在的由于水力平衡失调造成用户冷热不均、热能浪费严重、设备利用率低、用户投诉上访频繁等问题,以无线数传模块和GRPS DTU相结合的方式实现复杂地形管道流量无线无盲区采集,以基于双冲量超声波流量计的"平衡系数法"为核心控制策略,以3G平板电脑为控制器和人机界面,研究和设计一种无线智能水力平衡调节仪。经过3年在多个地区的技术推广,实践证明结合此设备能以最低的管网建设和运行成本解决供热管网水利平衡问题。

【Abstract】 In response to heating unevenness,waste of heating energy,low equipment utilization,frequent customer complaints and other issues caused by the prevalent hydraulic imbalance of heating pipe network, this paper integrates wireless data transfer radio and GRPS DTU to implement wireless and non-blind-area acquisition of pipeline flow in complex areas,and takes the"balance coefficient method"proposed by the project team based on double impulse ultrasonic flowmeter as the core control strategy, and takes wireless tablet PC as controller and HMI.Besides, this paper researches and designs a new Non-blind-area wireless hydraulic balance regulator. After a three-year technology promotion of this equipment in a number of areas, it is proved in practice that the use of this equipment can fundamentally solve the critical and basic hydraulic imbalance of heating pipe network at the lowest cost.
