【摘要】 目的探讨间断性与持续性雄激素阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床效果。方法将2010年4月-2013年12月行睾丸切除术的128例中晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,其中采用间断性雄激素阻断治疗的60例患者为IAD组,另68例采用持续性雄激素阻断治疗的患者为CAD组,对2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量进行比较分析。结果 2组患者在治疗效果上没有明显差异,但在治疗后生活质量情况和潮热、头痛等不良反应发生率方面具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于睾丸切除术后中晚期前列腺癌患者,间断性雄激素阻断治疗可在有效控制癌症进展率的基础上,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的生活质量,总体效果优于持续性雄激素阻断治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of orchiectomy with intermittent and continuous androgen blockade for middle and advanced prostate cancer. Methods 128 cases of middle and advanced prostate cancer patients who received orchiectomy were selected as the research objects. 60 patients received intermittent androgen blockade therapy were the IAD group,and 68 patients received continuous androgen blockade therapy were the CAD group,the clinical effects,adverse reactions and quality of life of the 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results There had no obvious difference between the2 groups in efficacy,while quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions such as hot flashes,headaches after treatment of the 2 groups had significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Intermittent androgen blockade for middle and advanced prostate cancer patients can effectively control progression of cancer,reduce adverse reactions,and improve quality of life,the clinical effect is better than that of patients with continuous androgen blockade therapy.更多还原
