【摘要】 目的探讨甘氨双唑钠联合常规放射治疗宫颈肿瘤的临床疗效及其毒副作用。方法随机选取宫颈肿瘤患者48例,将其按照治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者行常规放射治疗,治疗组行甘氨双唑钠联合常规放射治疗。对比2组患者的近期疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组完全缓解率为41.6%,对照组为25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率和毒副作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗组患者表现出明显放射增敏反应。结论甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗宫颈肿瘤的近期疗效明显,能有效控制局部肿瘤,毒副作用小,值得临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of sodium glycididazole combined with radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods 48 cases of randomly selected cervical cancer patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the methods of treatment. The control group underwent conventional radiation therapy,and the treatment group was treated with sodium glycididazole combined with conventional radiotherapy,the efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results Complete remission rates of the treatment group and the control group were 41. 6% and 25. 0%,there had significant difference( P < 0. 05); total efficiency and side effects had no significant difference( P > 0. 05); but the treatment group showed significant radiation sensitizing reactions in patients. Conclusion Sodium glycididazole and radiotherapy for cervical cancer has significant recent curative effects,and can effectively control the local tumor,with less side effects,it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
