【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈上皮瘤样病变患者(CIN)经过LEEP锥切术后HPV感染的变化情况。方法将309例经阴道镜下活检确诊为CIN患者,按照组织病理学诊断分为CINⅠ组、CINⅡ组、CINⅢ组,分别观察三组患者LEEP术前与术后HPV感染的差异及术后3、6、9、12个月HPV感染的差异。结果三组患者术前镜检与术后标本检查HPV感染情况基本一致,三组组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CINⅢ组HPV感染阳性率明显高于CINⅡ、CINⅠ组,三组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组HPV感染率术后3、6、9、12个月与术前比较均明显降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组术后3、6、9、12个月组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CINⅠ组术后HPV残存率明显低于CINⅡ组和CINⅢ组,CINⅡ组明显低于CINⅢ组;三组术后12个月转阴率分别为CINⅠ(98.94%)、CINⅡ(92.95%)、CINⅢ(86.44%),三组之间两两比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CIN病理级别越低HPV感染率越低,术后HPV残存率和复发率均明显低于CIN病理级别高者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of HPV infection in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN) patients after LEEP conization. Methods 309 CIN patients confirmed by colposcopy biopsy were divided into group CIN Ⅰ,CINⅡ and CINⅢ,difference of infection before and after LEEP and 3,6,9,12 months after surgery of the 3 groups were observed. Results HPV infection preoperative microscopic examination and postoperative results of the 3 groups were basically the same,the differences of the 3 groups were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Lower the CIN staging,the lower is the infection rate of HPV,HPV postoperative survival rates and recurrence rates in patients with low CIN stage are significantly lower than those with high CIN stage.更多还原
