【摘要】 目的比较肺癌伴骨转移单纯化疗与化疗结合局部普通放疗的疗效及不良反应。方法对100例肺癌伴骨转移患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法,分为对照组与观察组。对照组进行单纯化疗,观察组进行化疗结合局部普通放疗。结果 2组患者的骨转移局部控制率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组不良反应发生率、止痛有效率对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗结合局部普通放疗治疗肺癌伴骨转移,与单纯化疗相比,更能提高骨转移病灶的疗效,而不良反应亦相对增加,但均能耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicities of single chemotherapy and chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with bone metastases. Methods Clinical data of 100 lung cancer patients with bone metastases were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment method,each with 50 cases. The control group were treated by single chemotherapy,and the observation group were treated by chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy. Results The difference of local control rates of bone metastases of the 2 groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference of adverse reactions and analgesic efficient rates of the 2 groups was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with bone metastases can improve the efficacy of bone metastatic lesions,and increase adverse reactions which are tolerable.更多还原
