HSG/Mfn2和PCNA在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of HSG/Mfn2 and PCNA Protein in Gliomas
【摘要】 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和增殖抑制基因(HSG)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法,检测正常脑组织及不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤组织中PCNA和HSG的表达。结果正常脑组织中PCNA蛋白表达阴性,而HSG蛋白表达水平相对较高;高级别胶质瘤中PCNA蛋白表达水平明显高于低级别组(P<0.05),而HSG蛋白表达水平则随肿瘤恶性程度的增高而降低。结论胶质瘤组织中PCNA高表达及HSG蛋白低表达与肿瘤恶性程度的增高密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of HSG/Mfn2 and PCNA protein in human gliomas. Methods Expression of HSG / Mfn2 and PCNA protein in 55 cases of gliomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissues were tested by immunohistochemistry. Results There was no expression of PCNA protein in normal brain tissue,and the expression of HSG protein in normal brain tissue was high. The expression of PCNA increased as the malignant grade increased. The expression of HSG / Mfn2 protein decreased at different histological grade of gliomas compared with normal brain tissue group( P < 0. 05),and significantly diminished on WHO grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between the high expression of PCNA,low expression of HSG / Mfn2 protein and the progression of gliomas.
