【摘要】 目的探讨骨髓转移瘤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和D-二聚体检测的临床意义。方法分别测定患者骨髓转移瘤和非骨髓转移瘤患者化疗前后血清LDH和D-二聚体水平。结果骨髓转移组LDH和D-二聚体水平较正常对照组及非骨髓转移组高(P<0.01)。LDH和D-二聚体水平骨髓转移组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),非骨髓转移组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清LDH和D-二聚体水平可作为实体瘤患者骨髓浸润与否及疗效判断的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the serunl Lactic dehydrogenate( LDH) and D-dimme Measuring in patients with Metastatic Carcinoma in Bone Marrow. Methods The level of( LDH) and D-dimme were tested in the patients without or with Metastatic Carcinoma in Bone Marrow. Results The level of( LDH) and D-dimme were much higher in patients with Metastatic Carcinoma in Bone Marrow than normal control group and without Metastatic Carcinoma in Bone Marrow group,there was statistical difference( P < 0. 01) 。The level of( LDH) and D-dimme showed no statistical significance in patients without metastatic carcinoma in bone marrow;but it showed statistical significance in patients without metastatic carcinoma in bone marrow. Conclusion The level of LDH and D-dimme can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to prognosis and efficacy of patients with metastatic carcinoma in bone marrow.更多还原
