Traditional radiotherapy,chemotherapy and operation treatment has the disadvantages of low ability about anti tumor,anti index is too small,the side effects are easy develop,most often lack the right treatment,therefore,biological treatment method has become a focus of attention in the field of cancer therapy. Gene virus therapy- is one of them,can achieve the purpose of treatment and prevention of tumor. This paper will review this therapy progression.
