【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制蛋白1(MTSS1)在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)中的表达及与预后的关系。方法采集膀胱移行细胞癌和正常膀胱组织的病理切片,检测MTSS1的表达,并分析表达与临床病理因素的关系。结合临床随访资料,分析MTSS1的表达与预后的关系。结果膀胱癌组阳性率达17%,明显低于正常组的77%。MTSS1蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及数目无明显相关性,但与膀胱癌的病理分级呈负相关(P<0.05)。在随访中,复发组与未复发组MTSS1蛋白表达阳性率分别为4%和27%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论 MTSS1蛋白与NMIBC的预后具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of MTSS1 in the non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC),as well as the relationship between its expression and the prognosis of NMIBC.Methods The biopsies from the bladder transitional cell carcinoma and normal bladder tissue were obtained and the expression of MTSS1 was detected,and then we analyzed the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological factors.The relationship between MTSS1 expression and the prognosis was analyzed with clinical follow-up data.Results The positive rate of MTSS1 in bladder cancer(17%)was significantly lower than that of the normal group(77%).There was no obvious correlation between MTSS1 expression and age,gender,tumor size,as well as tumor number,but its expression was negatively correlated with tumor grade(P<0.05).There was statistical difference(P=0.048)between the positive rate of MTSS1 in recurrence group(4%)and non-recurrence group(26%).ConclusionMTSS1 protein can be used as a predictor for bladder cancer prognosis.更多还原
