【摘要】 目的初步探讨血清叶酸和维生素B12水平与复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的关系。方法以复发性口腔溃疡患者作为病例组,年龄和性别匹配的体检者作为对照组,每组各180例。采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法测定研究对象血清叶酸含量和维生素B12含量。将病例组血清叶酸水平低者随机分为左旋咪唑组(n=46)和叶酸组(n=48),分别给予左旋咪唑和叶酸治疗,并观察临床疗效。结果病例组血清叶酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);病例组和对照组血清维生素B12差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床疗效观察显示左旋咪唑组和叶酸组的总有效率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论叶酸水平降低与复发性口腔溃疡的发生有关,可将补充叶酸作为治疗复发性口腔溃疡的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU) with the changes of serum folic acid and vitamin B12. Methods A total of 180 patients with ROU were selected as case group and 180 age- and sex-matched volunteers were chosen as control group. The levels of serum folic acid and vitamin B12in ROU patients and normal controls were measured by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay. Patients with lower folic acid were randomly divided into levamisole group(n = 46)and folate group(n = 48). The patients in two groups were given folic acid and levamisole,respectively,and then the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The level of folic acid was significantly lower in ROU group than in control group( P < 0. 001). No significant difference was found in the level of vitamin B12between two groups(P > 0. 05). The total effective rate showed no significant difference between levamisole group and folate group(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The decrease of folic acid is related to the occurrence of ROU and the supplement of folic acid could be a way for treating ROU.更多还原
