【摘要】 目的考察健脑益智胶囊水提部位的醇沉工艺条件。方法以药液浓度、醇沉浓度和醇沉时间为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,响应面分析法,以葛根素转移率为评价指标,确定醇沉的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件为:药液浓度为0.72 g/mL,醇沉浓度为60%,醇沉时间为36 h,葛根素转移率可达到99%以上。结论采用醇沉工艺精制健脑益智胶囊水提液部分,具有较好的可行性和有效性,可节约成本并提高产品质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate the Jiannao Yizhi capsules water extract alcohol precipitation process. Method for liquid concentration,the concentration of alcohol precipitation and precipitation time as factors,the combination test design of Box- Behnken center,the method of response surface analysis,the transfer rate of Puerarin as index,the optimum process conditions were determined and alcohol precipitation. Results the optimum conditions: the concentration of0. 72 g /mL,alcohol concentration of 60%,ethanol precipitation time 36 h,puerarin transfer rate can reach above 99%.Conclusion the sinking process of refining Jiannao Yizhi capsules water extract by alcohol,and is feasible and effective,and can save cost and improve product quality.更多还原
