【摘要】 目的测定陕西靖边产地椒中的重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)的含量,为其质量标准研究提供依据。方法采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述3种微量元素的含量。结果对于各测定元素,标准曲线的R2=0.9992~0.9993,线性良好,仪器精密度好。结论该方法操作简便快速,可用于地椒中3种重金属含量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to determination of heavy metal lead in Shaanxi Jingbian origin pepper( Pb),cadmium( Cd), copper( Cu) content,provide the basis for its quality standard research. Method for the determination of the content of 3 kinds of trace elements by ICP- MS method. The Results for the determination of the elements,the standard curve of R2 = 0. 9992 ~ 0. 9993,good linearity,precision of the instrument.
