基于声参量的金属材料辨识方法
The acoustic parameters of preliminary research on the identification of metal materials
【摘要】 以3种不同的金属材料(其中同种材料采用不同条件热处理)为例,利用一次和二次底面回波测试,计算了材料的声速、声衰减系数、一次底面回波的幅度谱、功率谱的峰值频率及带宽,利用超声波与不同材料(对应的显微结构不同)相互作用,引起的声波能量损失和传播速度变化的不同,研究了以此进行直接和间接辨识金属材料的方法.该方法可用于贵重金属材料或珍贵金属藏品的防伪辨识.
【Abstract】 Three different kinds of metal materials with same material treated under different heat treatment conditions are taken for examples.Based on the evidence that the loss of acoustic energy and the change of velocity of wave propagation are dependant on the interreaction of ultrasound and metal material with different microstructure.The methods of direct and indirect identification of metal material are studied by means of the tested and calculated velocities of wave propagation, attenuation coefficients,the peak frequency and bandwidth of the first bottom echo amplitude spectrum and power spectrum in metal material.The methods described here can also be applied in anti-counterfeiting techniques for precious metal or precious metal collection.
