高校体育教师在大学生健康认知能力培养中的作用
The Role of College PE Teachers in Cultivating College Students’ Healthy Cognitive Ability
【摘要】 运用文献法、调查法、访谈法、实验法及逻辑法,对我国大学生健康认知能力及培养状况进行了研究。认为,大学生对自己的健康认知主要体现在体质健康方面,在心理、社会适应和道德方面的健康状况并未引起足够重视,他们的健康认知能力很难满足未来发展的需要,亟待进一步提升;高校体育教师应顺应时代要求,不断完善自身知能结构,大力提升自身人文和科学素养,积极调节职业发展方向,重视学生健康认知综合能力的培养,积极推进面向未来的高校体育教学的深度改革。
【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review,survey,interview,experiments and logic analysis,the paper explores China’s college students’ healthy cognitive ability and the training condition. It is concluded that college students’ health cognition mainly remains on physical level and their psychological,social adaptation and moral health have not received enough attention ttention. It is difficult for their healthy cognitive ability to meet the needs of future development,and its further improvement is called for. College sports teachers should meet the requirement of the time by constantly improving teaching thought,and knowledge structure,vigorously promoting their humanistic and scientific competence,actively adjusting vocational development direction. And they should attach improtance to the cultivation of students’ healthy cognitive ability so as to push forward the future-oriented sports education reform in universities.
