【摘要】 免费师范教育是我国的一项尝试性国策,其实施过程中的一些新问题(例如,通识教育,励志教育,在职攻读教育硕士,等等)属于技术范畴,需要深度思考以便获得解决办法。论文主要研究免费师范生的通识教育定位及通识教育课程优化(侧重于微观和技术层面的分析),认为免费师范生的通识教育时段应该是从大学入学到教育硕士毕业,提出了适时优化免费师范生的通识教育课程内容的一种可供参考的办法,即建立能利用教学一线反馈信息和专家智慧的动态调研及动态调控机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The free normal education is one of the experimental state policies of the Chinese government,and during its implementation,some technical problems,such as the general education,the inspirational education,the in-service Educational Master program,and so on,need to be taken into deep consideration for the better solutions.The paper studies the orientation of the general education and the optimization of its curriculum(mainly analysis in the micro and technical perspectives).It is suggested that the general education should surface through the tertiary educational process from freshmen to Masters of Education.Finally,the paper proposes a timely optimizing approach to the curriculum for reference,i.e.dynamic investigation and regulatory mechanism based on teacher’s feedback and experts’ intelligence.更多还原
