【Abstract】 The digital divide between urban and rural areas affects rural management structures such as communication networks.Information is an important factor affected the digital divide,which interact the communication process in multiple ways.The digital divide generates by media access differences due to the economic conditions has been testified by statistics.It affects rural communication network,so the key to reconfiguration of rural communication network are to establish the information gatekeeper in the communication network;to enhance farmers’ information literacy;to establish scientific information management and to build a flexible communication network.更多还原
