【摘要】 以11476A×L2R,11486A×L17R,11494A×L17R这3个糯高粱组合为研究材料,对大田条件下不同生育时期糯高粱旗叶叶绿素荧光动力学进行了比较分析。结果表明,抽穗期糯高粱旗叶Fo,Fv,Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,q N值在各组合间存在一定差异;成熟期3个组合的Fo,Fv/Fo,q P,q N值之间达到显著水平(P<0.05);各组合旗叶叶绿素荧光参数在灌浆期间的变化差异不显著;不同生育时期各组合旗叶Fo,Fm,Fv值的变化规律基本一致,均呈上升的动态变化趋势;Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm整体呈先升后降的变化趋势,在灌浆期达到最高,说明在整个生育期中灌浆期能够维持较高的光合生产能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 11476A×L2R, 11486A×L17R and 11494A×L17R were adopted in this experiment, under field conditions, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flag leaves of glutinous sorghum at different growth period were comparatively studied. The results showed that Fo,Fv,Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,q N value were different in each combination at heading stage; Fo, Fv/Fo, q P, q N value reached a significant level(P<0.05)at mature stage; chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of flag leaves of each combination was indistinctively at filling stage. It showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fo, Fm, Fv)which were increasingly rising between each combination at different stages change of the basic agreement. Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm value showed first rise and then decreased, and reached the peak values at filling stage. Description was helpful in keeping higher photosynthetic activities at filling stage in the whole growth period.更多还原
