谷子不同生育时期水分胁迫抗旱生理特性研究

【摘要】 采用大田遮雨的方法进行水分胁迫试验,研究不同生育时期水分胁迫对谷子抗旱生理的影响。结果表明,拔节期为谷子的抗旱敏感期;苗期适度控水,有利于蹲苗获得高产;抽穗期水分胁迫,谷子的穗质量、穗粒质量等降低,表现为秕粒数多;灌浆期控水,表现为穗质量、穗粒质量、千粒质量降低,产量也相应降低。

【Abstract】 Based on the field experiment in the large moving water proof canopy, the effect of water stress drought resistance physiological characteristic in millet at different growth stages were analyzed. The results showed that the jointing stage is the millet drought sensitive period; When the moderate water at seedling stage was controlled, it will benefit to restrain the growth of seedlings to gain high yield; Under the water stress at heading stage, spike weight, spike grain weight were decreased, characterized by immature grain number.Drought stress at postulation period had negative influence on ear grain weight, grain weight, panicle, so grain yield would be lowered.
