【摘要】 杂交马褂木属难生根树种,种子发芽率只有10%左右,常规扦插办法一般成活率不到20%。试验采用5种基质5种激素4个处理全光喷雾嫩枝扦插,结果表明:吲哚丁酸250mg/L处理,珍珠岩∶粗沙1∶1基质,2~3片1/4叶插穗扦插效果最好,平均生根率最高达69.3%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeds of Liriodendron chinense ×tulipifera are difficult to germinate,with germination rate about 10%and conventional cutting only have about 20% of survival rate.The experiment has the mixture of medium and hormones matching with 4kinds of treatment of cutting under full sunlight and spraying.The result showed that the treatment of indole butyric acid 250mg/l,1to 1pearlite and sand,2or 3pieces of 1/4leaf cuttings had the best effect,the average rooting rate up to 69.3%.更多还原
