Firstly,the parametric model of a hanging seat is set up in AWE,then the sensitivity of parameters is analyze by using the Design Exploration module of ANSYS Workbench.A multi-objective optimization on the basis of previous job is carried out to minimize the maximum of equivalent stress,the maximum of total deformation and the mass.At last,the rounded parameters are checked,the conclusion is:11.7% decline in the mass,4.7% decline in the maximum of equivalent stress and the rigidity is maintained.
