印尼松香的化学组成特征

【摘要】 利用GC-MS联用仪和GC对印尼松香进行了定性和定量分析,鉴定出7个组分,占总量的97. 11%,其中海松酸型,枞酸型树脂酸及二元羧酸分别占23. 57%,64. 68%,8. 86%。主要成分为山达海松酸,异海松酸,长叶松酸,枞酸和南亚松酸,含量分别为9. 03%,14. 54%,22. 17%,32. 60%,8. 86%。结果表明,印尼松香成分类似我国海南南亚松松香,确定该松香原料来自南亚松。

【Abstract】 The chemical compositions and their relative contents of Indonesia rosin were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS and GC. Seven compounds were identified and their total content was97. 11%. In these compounds,the proportions of Pimaric acid type,abietic acid type and dibasic resin acids were 23. 57%,64. 68%,8. 86% respectively. The main resin acids were Sandaracopimaric acid,Isopimaric acid,Palustric acid,Abietic acid,Mercusic acid,and their contents were 9. 03%,14. 54%,22. 17%,32. 60%,8. 86% respectively. The results showed that the main compounds of Indonesia rosin was similar to Hainan Pinus latteri Mason rosin. So it was confirmed that the raw material of Indonesia rosin was derived from Pinus latteri Mason..
