【摘要】 将催化裂化油浆糠醛抽出油与60#,70#,90#,100#四种基质沥青以1∶1、1∶2、1∶4、1∶6的比例进行调和,考察糠醛抽出油对沥青性能的影响因素。通过对16种调和沥青进行测试分析,发现糠醛抽出油对沥青针入度,软化点和延伸度的影响,以70#沥青为基质,糠醛抽出油与沥青调和比例为1∶4时,能调和出符合国家标准的100#优质道路沥青。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experiment of FCC slurry furfural extract oil blending with four kinds of matrix asphalt(60#,70#,90#,100#) in 1∶ 1,1∶ 2,1∶ 4,1∶ 6 ratio were carried out to investigate the influence of furfural extract oil on the performance of asphalt. Through the test on 16 kinds of blending asphalt,the influence law of furfural extract oil on penetration,softening point and ductility of asphalt,and the furfural extract oil blending with 70#asphalt in 1∶ 4 ratio can reconcile 100#high quality road asphalt in line with national standards.更多还原
