塑料裂解油的脱色除臭
Deodorant and bleaching of plastic pyrolysis oil
【摘要】 随着世界上废弃塑料的大量增加,焚烧填埋带来的环境污染问题也日益严重,废塑料的油化技术不仅解决了这一问题,还实现了能源的再生。但废塑料裂解得到的柴油凝点高,十六烷值低,含蜡量高,并且臭味较大。实验以工厂催化裂解得到的塑料油为原料,研究出一种价格低廉、操作简单的油品,实现对废塑料油的精制为目的。废塑料油采用红外分光光度计进行定性分析。结果表明,碱洗精制的效果最好,即在20 mL塑料油中加入1 mL 7mol/L的Na OH溶液和0. 5 mL的乙醇溶液,室温搅拌5 min,然后静置4 h,分层去除水相。塑料油的臭味可以除去90%以上,颜色以及凝点、十六烷值均接近柴油。
【Abstract】 With the increase of waste plastic in the world,environmental pollution caused by burning of landfill issues is increasingly serious. Technique for producing fuel oil from waste plastics not only solves the problem,also achieve regeneration of energy. But the diesel produced by waste plastics has disadvantages as high pour point,low cetane number,high wax content and bad smell. The experiment purpose is to get an agent with low price and simple operation,which can removal the smell and color of oil. The qualitative analysis of oil is finished by infrared spectrophotometer. The result shows that alkali washing has a better effect. It is,adding 1 mL 7 mol/L NaOH and 0. 5 mol/L ethanol into 20 mL oil,stirring at room temperature for 5 min,and standing for 4 h,then stratifying to get reservoir. Plastic oil odor can be removed more than 90%,pour point and cetane number are close to the diesel.
