棉籽油生物柴油及其调合油低温流动性的改进研究

【摘要】 以棉籽油生物柴油(CSME)为原料测定其化学组成,与0号柴油(0PD)调合,研究CSME及其调合油的低温流动性能,并添加Flow Fit改善CSME及其调合油的低温流动性。研究表明,CSME主要由脂肪酸甲酯组成,其中饱和脂肪酸甲酯和不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的质量分数分别为27.69%和71.65%,冷滤点(CFPP)为-1℃,40℃时运动黏度为4.63 mm2/s;在CSME调合比例为50%时,调合油的CFPP降至-8℃,且在相同温度下调合油的运动黏度均低于CSME。添加Flow Fit能显著改善CSME及调合油的低温流动性能,在添加Flow Fit体积分数不超过3%时,CSME、B50、B20、B10、B7、B5分别从-1,-8,-5,-4,-3,-3℃降低到-5,-16,-25,-24,-25,-23℃。

【Abstract】 The chemical compositions of CSME were analyzed by the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The cold flow properties of CSME and blending oils which made CSME to blend with 0PD were studied. Through adding Flow Fit the cold flow properties of CSME and blending oils were improved. The study shows that CSME is mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters,and the contents of SFAME and UFAME are 27. 69% and 71. 65%,respectively. The CFPP of CSME is- 1 ℃,and the viscosity of CSME is 4. 63 mm2/ s at 40 ℃. The CFPP of blending oil decreases to- 8 ℃ when the ratio of CSME is 50%,and at the same temperature the viscosity of blending oils are lower than CSME. Adding less than 3%( volume fraction) of Flow Fit,the CFPP of CSME,B50,B20,B10,B7 and B5 decreased from- 1,- 8,- 5,- 4,- 3,- 3 ℃ to- 5,- 16,- 25,- 24,- 25,- 23 ℃.
