频域分析在框板式模具结构优化中的应用
Application of frequency analysis in structural optimization of frame-plate type mold
【摘要】 框板式模具适用于热压罐时效成形工艺,但目前在模具结构设计方面缺少参考标准和相关研究。文章采用信息采样和频域分析的思想指导模具设计,提出频域分析设计框板式模具结构的优化方法,对框板式模具最重要的参数肋板间距进行优化,并通过实验验证了优化后的模具型面具有较好的设计精度,能够满足时效成形工艺要求。
【Abstract】 Though the frame-plate type mold is suitable for age-forming technology,there still lacks design criteria and theoretical study on the die structure design.Under the guidance of information sampling and frequency analysis,a mold structural optimization method is proposed,in which the most important parameter of the frame-plate type mold,viz.,floor space,was optimized.And the test shows the good design accuracy of surface of the die with the optimized structure,which meets the requirements of age-forming technology.
