The Long-term Value and Implementation Measures of Paper Published on Domestic Journals by Scientific and Technical Workers
【摘要】 对科技工作者发表论文立足国内中文期刊的价值做了较深入的分析,并提出实现这一目标相应的政策措施。
【Abstract】 The value of papers published on domestic journals by scientific and technical workers is analyzed deeply and corresponding policies and measures are proposed for achieving this goal.
