脒基钛络合物对乙烯聚合反应的催化研究
Catalytic Study on A Novel Titanium Complex Toward Ethylene Polymerization
【摘要】 探究了硅桥联双脒基钛络合物催化乙烯聚合反应的压力、温度以及助催化剂与钛络合物摩尔比等条件对催化体系活性影响。实验结果表明,该体系催化活性可达到9.08×104 g·mol-1·h-1;与类似均相催化体系比较,有合成方法简单、催化活性较高的特点。
【Abstract】 The catalytic activity of the silyl-bridged bis(amidinate)titanium complex under different polymerizations including the ethylene pressure,temperature and the Al/Ti molar ratio were examined.Polyethylenes(PE)were obtained and a series of experimental data shown the highest catalytic activity can reach up to 9.08×104 g·mol-1·h-1.The catalytic activity were analyzed by compared with the homogeneous catalytic systems.
