葡萄糖氧化酶解除黄曲霉毒素B1应用研究
Study on glucose oxidase removing aflatoxin B1 toxicity
【摘要】 黄曲霉毒素是由真菌产生的一类剧毒物质,含黄曲霉毒素B1的饲料对小鸡的危害很大。研究中发现,用5‰25 U/g(25 U/mL)葡萄糖氧化酶完全可以解除饲料中500 ppb浓度黄曲霉毒素B1的毒性。用含2000 ppb浓度黄曲霉毒素B1和添加5‰25 U/g葡萄糖氧化酶的饲料喂小鸡,相比对照组,实验组存活数量提高39.5%,在小鸡饮用水中加入5‰25 U/mL葡萄糖氧化酶,存活数量可提高28.5%。
【Abstract】 The aflatoxin B1from fungus was an violent poisonous matter. Feed containing the aflatoxin B1of forages is harmful to chicken. Experiments result indicated the toxicity of 500 ppb the aflatoxin B1for forages was removed by 5‰ 25 U / g( 25 U / mL) glucose oxidase. When 2000 ppb the aflatoxin B1treated with 5‰ 25 U / g glucose oxidase for forages,the chick suvival quantity rose 39. 5%. When drinking water add 5‰ 25 U / mL glucose oxidase,the chick suvival quantity rose 28. 5%.
