【摘要】 了解2006-2010年海宁市结核病的时空聚集性,本文采用结核病的登记率和统计图表对2006-2010年期间海宁市结核感染情况进行时空描述,采用回顾性时空重排扫描统计量对2006年1月至2010年12月海宁市结核病的监测资料进行时空聚集性分析.研究结果显示2006—2010年海宁市结核病登记率上流动人口大多是高于户籍人口,2010年海宁市户籍人口和流动人口结核登记率均较前几年的低.2006-2010年海宁市结核病的登记率空间分布在总体上呈现东部镇/街道较高。而且在总人口结核病登记率还呈现北部镇/街道高于南部镇/街道,在户籍人口的结核病登记率上马桥街道的登记率都在比较高的范围内,在流动人口的结核病的登记率上2006-2009年中部镇/街道都高于其它.2006—2010年海宁市结核病的登记病例、初治病例、复治病例何菌落阳性病例的时空分布都具有随机性(P>0.05).研究结果表明2006—2010年海宁市流动人口结核病的登记率高于户籍人口.在时间上,2006-2010年海宁市结核病的登记率各镇/街道的变化趋势不同;在空间上,2006-.2010年海宁市结核病的登记率普遍呈现东部镇/街道较高.回顾性时空重排扫描统计量能分析结核病的时空聚集性,扫描统计量是空间流行病学中可以用来分析疾病聚集性的一种行之有效方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 To find out tuberculosis(TB) registration rate and the spatial and temporal distribution in Haining city for the years of 2006-2010.The study used statistical table and statistical table to describe the registration rate and spatial and temporal distribution of tuberculosis in Haining city between 2006 and 2010,the clusters of tuberculosis were analyzed using the retrospective space-time permutation model.The findings showed TB registration rate of floating population are mostly higher than that of household population;TB registration rate of household population and floating population in 2010 were lower than those in previous years in Haining city.TB registration rate is higher in the eastern part of the whole in Haining city between 2006 and2010.Tuberculosis registration rate of the general population,also showing a northern town/street is higher than that of southern town/street,TB registration rate of household population in Ma Bridge streets are relatively higher,the TB registration rate of the floating population in central town/street is higher than other during the period of 2006-2009.The TB registered cases,the TB primary cases,and the TB retreatment cases with colony positive of temporal and spatial distribution are random in Haining city during the years 2006-2010(P > 0.05).The study suggested TB infection levels of the floating population was higher than the household population in Haining city 2006-2010;the time trends of TB registration rates was different across towns/streets in Haining City;TB registration rate is higher in eastern town/street in Haining City.Retrospective space-time permutation scan statistics can be used to analyze the TB spatiotemporal aggregation,scan statistics in spatial epidemiology is an effective method to analyze the disease aggregation.更多还原
