重组水蛭素RHV3间接竞争ELISA方法的建立

【Abstract】 Recombinant hirudin Ⅲ was coupled to BSA.Polyclonal antibody, produced in New Zealand rabbits after immunization using recombinant hirudin Ⅲ-BSA as complete antigen,with high titer obtained.An indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for determination of rHV3was established by using the antibody.The linearity and sensitivity of standard curve were 0～1280 ng/ml and 1.15ng/ml.The assay was reliable,sensitive,and suitable for the determination.更多还原
