【摘要】 目的探讨骶部硬膜外囊肿的临床诊断及误诊原因,以便提高对该病的诊断水平。方法本组36例,其中腰骶部钝痛36例(100%)、下肢放射性疼痛和间歇性跛行32例(88.88%)、神经功能损害8例(22.22%)、下腹部(盆腔)无痛渐进性肿块并压迫临近器官2例(5.55%)。38例均行腰骶部及骨盆X线片检查,其中36例行CT扫描、28例行MRI检查、8例行脊髓造影、2例行彩色普勒超声波检查并行钡剂灌肠和排泄性尿路造影。结果本病临床诊断率73.68%,误诊率为22.22%,X线诊断率2.63%,CT诊断率13.88%;MRI检查、脊髓造影诊断率100%。结论骶部硬膜外囊肿临床、MRI检查、脊髓造影具有特征性表现,主要重视患者症状与特征的描述以及影像学表现,误诊是可以避免的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sacral epidural cyst diagnosis and misdiagnosis, in order to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods The group of 36 cases, including 36 cases of lumbosacral dull(100%), lower extremity radiating pain and intermittent claudication 32 cases(88.88%), Neurological impairment 8 cases(22.22%), lower abdominal(pelvic) progressive painless lump and compress the adjacent organs, 2 cases(5.55%). 38 cases underwent lumbosacral and pelvic x-ray examination, 36 patients routine CT scans, 28 patients routine MRI scans, 8 patients underwent spinal angiography, color Doppler ultrasound examination two parallel routine barium enema and excretion of urinary tract angiography.
