【摘要】 目的探讨多向克氏针治疗桡骨小头骨折Mason Ⅲ骨折的可行性及疗效。方法 2009年3月~2012年3月收治单纯桡骨小头MasonⅢ型骨折24例,男性15例,女性9例,年龄23~45岁,均为MasonⅢ型骨折,采用肘后外侧切口,复位骨折后采用多向克氏针固定。结果随访12周~1年,所有患者伤口均一期愈合,无骨不连发生。经Mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS)评分,24例中优16例,良4例,中4例,差0例。结论多向克氏针固定治疗桡骨小头Mason Ⅲ型骨折损伤小,固定可靠,费用低廉,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss ORIF in capitulum radii Mason Ⅲ fracture with Multi-Kirschner wires.Methods From March 2009 to March 2012,24 cases of capitulum radii Mason Ⅲ fracture were treated with open reduction MultiKirschner wires internal fixation,among the patients,male 15 cases,female 9 cases,age range from 23 to 45 years old.Results Followed up for at least 12 weeks to a year,all patients’ wounds healed perfectly,no ununion happened.The elbow function was scaled by MEPS,excellent in 16 cases,good in 4 cases,medium in 4cases,poor in 0 case.Conclusion Open reduction Multi-Kirschner wires internal fixation in the treatment of capitulum radii Mason Ⅲ fracture is a simple,effective and cheap method.更多还原
