【摘要】 从文献计量学角度来分析,1979年至2013年邓小平人才思想研究论文显示了邓小平人才思想研究三十多年的步步传承印记。其中,13篇重点论文的研究主题可以代表邓小平人才思想研究的主流观点,主要涉及战略意义、理论贡献及科技人才思想等内容。同时也可以看出,邓小平人才思想研究存在着散发和随机的现象,研究队伍不太稳定,但一些核心作者研究深入,值得关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Studies since 1979 marked thirty years of heritage development on Deng Xiaoping Thought of Talent research. Thirteen studies represented the mainstream opinion of the field, covering strategic significance, theoretical contributions, and talent ideas. It was also revealed that some research on Deng Xiaoping theory suffer from sporadic and random data as well as unstable research teams, while others reached in-depth details and deserved more attention.更多还原
