【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适康复护理在小儿纤维塑性支气管炎的临床应用与效果评价。方法:选取我院2012年3月到2013年5月小儿纤维塑性支气管炎64例,随机分成两组,每组各32例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上采用舒适康复护理,观察两组的临床效果。结果:实验组显效22例,占68.8%,有效9例,占28.1%,无效1例,占3.1%,康复有效率96.9%;对照组显效13例,占40.6%,有效12例,占37.5%,无效7例,占21.9%,康复有效率78.1%,显著差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适康复护理可以有效地控制患儿的死亡率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical application and evaluation of the comfortable nursing on the pediatric plastic bronchitis. Methods: 64 cases with pediatric plastic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each one. The patients in the control group were received the routine nursing care, while the patients in the experimental group were taken the comfortable nursing beside the regular one. Then the nursing effects of two method were observed and compared between two groups. Results: There were 22 patients better effective which accounted for 68.8%; There were 9 patients effective which accounted for 28.1%. Only one invalid that accounted for 3.1%. The rate of the rehabilitation efficiency was 96.9% in the experimental group. There were 13 patients better effective which accounted for 40.6%. There were 12 patients effective which accounted for 37.5%. The other 7 cases were invalid that accounted for 21.9%. The rate of the rehabilitation efficiency was 78.1%. There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that the comfortable nursing methods should be well promoted to the clinical field with the advantage of reducing the death rate.更多还原
