新型聚氨酯热塑性塑料的阻燃性
Flame Retardancy of New Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomers
【摘要】 以表面处理或未表面处理的氢氧化铝(ATH)与云母加入聚氨酯(TPU)体系,制备热塑性复合体系。采用垂直燃烧法和极限氧指数(LOI)法分析TPU-ATH弹性体和TPU-ATH-云母弹性体的阻燃性能,考察了ATH和云母的用量对TPU-ATH体系阻燃性的影响。研究结果表明:TPU/ATH=100/(70%~80%)的TPU具有很好的阻燃性能;使用表面处理的ATH可以进一步改善弹性体阻燃性能;云母加入TPU-ATH弹性体时,阻燃性能稍有降低,但不足以改变TPU-ATH弹性体的燃烧等级(V2等级),而且能改善弹性体体系的加工性能,降低产品成本。
【Abstract】 Two types of aluminum trihydrate( ATH),with or without surface treatment,and mica were incorporated into TPU composites. The flame retardancy of the TPU-ATH composition and the TPU-ATH-mica composition were anlysised through the two principal tests vertical burning( UL94) and oxygen index. And influence of the amount of ATH on flame retardancy in the TPU was identified and the quantity of mica on fire resistance was also evaluated. The results showed that the TPU-ATH composition[TPU / ATH =( 70 % 80 %) ]presented fire retardancy,and the use of mica brought small harm to the fire resistance behavior of the composite. On the contrary,in addition processing became easier and the final price of the product could be reduced,as mica was introduced in the composite.
