气体辅助注塑成型工艺多目标优化分析
Analysis on Multi-Objective Parameter Optimization of Gas Assisted Injection Molding Process
【摘要】 采用"满射"气辅注塑方式,利用正交试验中的均值分析、方差分析和综合评分法,研究了模具温度、熔体温度、气体延迟时间、注气压力和注气时间等工艺参数对塑件气体穿透长度及最大气指指幅等质量指标的影响,并确定了较优工艺参数组合,具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Adopting the full- shot gas assisted injection molding process,studied the influence of the mold temperature,melt temperature,gas delay time,gas injection pressure and time on the quality index such as the gas penetration length and the maximum gas fingering extent via using the mean analysis,the variance analysis and the weighted compositive score method of the orthogonal experiment. The optimized combination of process parameters was confirmed which has some practical value.
