【Abstract】 The rural areas are not only the focus but also the difficulties in the process of building well- off society. As the shining point of building beautiful China,comprehensively promoting the construction of new socialist countryside is the important component of building well- off society as well. And the rural areas have become important for vigorously promoting ecological civilization construction. Following the process of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural restructure regulation,the rural ecological environment has been endangered seriously. Therefore,the new rural construction must adhere to the scientific concept of development,and be oriented with ecological civilization construction together with the sound and round rural ecological planning & design.
