基于可持续性晴雨表的区域旅游业低碳发展评价研究——以张家界市为例
Research of Low Carbon Development Evaluation of the Regional Tourism Industry Based on the Sustainability of Barometer: Taking Zhangjiajie as an Example
【摘要】 当前评估旅游业的低碳化发展程度所采用的评判法都是线性加权和法,该方法从数学上讲是一维线性叠加,而旅游业低碳系统是一个多维非线性空间,将多个子系统的表现值进行线性叠加,难以真正反映旅游业低碳发展程度。文章参考可持续晴雨表评估模型,构建了二维低碳评估模型,将区域旅游业低碳发展系统分为生态环境支撑子系统和人类社会发展子系统组成,构建由目标层、子目标层、指标层和因子层所构成的区域旅游业低碳发展综合评价指标体系和评判模型,对张家界2010年旅游业的低碳发展程度进行了评估。由评估结果可以判断张家界旅游业发展处于基本低碳状态,区域旅游的低碳发展主要受人文系统的限制。
【Abstract】 The current assessment of tourism low carbon development are linear weight sum method,this method mathematically is one dimensional linear superposition,and tourism low carbon system is a multidimensional nonlinear space,multiple subsystems performance values are linear superposition,this is difficult to really reflect the tourism low carbon development degree. This paper references sustainable barometer evaluation model,constructing two- dimensional low carbon evaluation model. The regional tourism low carbon development system is divided into the ecological environment support subsystem and the human society development of sub- systems,this paper constructs regional tourism low carbon development comprehensive evaluation indicator system and evaluation model,which including the target layer,subgoal layer and index layer and factor layer. To Zhangjiajie as an example,evaluation results shows Zhangjiajie tourism development of 2010 is in the state of basic low carbon state. Regional tourism development of low carbon is mainly by the limitation of the human system.
