【摘要】 低碳农业是全球气候变化背景下中国农业可持续发展必然途径。发达国家在发展低碳农业中采用了多样化的政策工具,值得发展中国家深入研究和借鉴。我国正在积极探索和应用低碳经济发展模式,应学习国外低碳农业政策,吸取国外低碳农业政策的成功经验,不断完善我国的低碳经济发展体系。本文在梳理国内农业领域低碳政策的同时,与国外低碳农业政策进行了比较分析,提出了适宜我国低碳农业发展的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low- carbon growth in agriculture is the necessary path of sustainable agriculture against the backdrop of global climate change. There have been various policy instruments in advanced countries in the development of Low- carbon agriculture,which are worth learning by developing countries. China can learn from these experience and lessons to speed up the design of low- carbon agricultural policy suitable to its notional conditions to accelerate the development of low- carbon agriculture in China. Based on the comparison of the low- carbon agriculture policies in China and foreign countries,this article puts forward a low- carbon agriculture development pattern fitting for China.更多还原
