【Abstract】 With today’s rapid economic development, we face resource shortage problems, and ecological environment becomes deteriorated seriously. In the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, ecological civilization has been included in the construction of key development areas for the first time, the importance of green development is growing gradually. In the modern market economy, the competition among the enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Due to the misuse of resources and destroying environment, a large number of enterprises have been eliminated in the competition. These forced enterprises to give full consideration to environmental factors to develope core competitiveness. On the other hand, the enterprises also use existing resources or resources purchased from external in the way of green integration and innovation, so as to seek a set of unique development path in the integration of economic and social benefits. We call it "the concept of green compound".
