【Abstract】 In recent years, with the gradual development of low-carbon concept, low-carbon residential buildings came into being. However, because of the high incremental cost, the development of low-carbon residential buildings faces with a series of difficulties and challenges such as a lack of supply, demand and limited capacity. Based on the study of the cost-benefit analysis of low-carbon residential buildings, the paper tries to recover the solution of the slow development of China’s low-carbon residential buildings with a real case analysis on the "Tuanbo Lake Island" project, thus we can correctly judge the economic value of low-carbon residential building. The conclusion may be a apocalypse on the development of domestic low-carbon estate.更多还原
