【摘要】 气候变化问题已成为当前全球面临最严峻的挑战之一,中国仍处于工业化快速发展阶段,发展低碳产业园区理应成为我国低碳发展的主要内容。中国低碳产业园区的建设和发展目前正处于起步阶段,仍然缺乏系统性与科学性。中国产业园区的多样性和差异性决定了其低碳发展不能彼此盲目复制,而必须结合自身条件探索出适合的发展模式。文章根据国内低碳产业园区的发展实践,归纳出现有产业园区低碳发展所遵循的五种发展模式,并从资源禀赋、区位环境、功能发展定位、建设阶段等角度探讨不同类型产业园区的低碳发展模式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Climate change has become one of the most serious challenges in the world at the present time. As China is still in the stage of rapid development of industrialization, the development of low-carbon industrial park should become the major component of low-carbon development. The construction and development of domestic low-carbon Industrial park is currently in its infancy with a lack of systematic and scientific. Industrial parks’ low-carbon development in China can’t be achieved by complete copy as the result of their diversity and variety, but only by exploring appropriate low-carbon development models according to their own conditions. Based on the domestic low-carbon industrial Parks practice, the paper considers five types of development models of Low-carbon Industrial Park, and low-carbon development model selection of industrial park will be studied based on the perspective of their resources endowment, location, development orientation and construction phase.更多还原
