【摘要】 为了解工业碳强度分布变化演进过程,有必要对不同工业碳强度的行业分布差异和收敛性变化轨迹进行研究。文章结合分布差异测算和收敛性检验技术,对1999~2011年重庆市工业碳强度的行业分布变化进行研究与比较。研究结果显示:研究期间重庆市工业碳强度的行业分布差异呈现出波动下降的变化轨迹,1999~2008年间行业差异通过绝对β检验,2011年重庆工业碳排放行业分布出现了显著的俱乐部收敛,全行业收敛为四峰,制造业收敛为三峰。重庆工业碳强度的行业分布特性表明重庆工业碳排放经历了从粗放到出现一定管理的过程;显著的俱乐部收敛性表明,应当针对不同俱乐部的行业制定具有差别的碳排放监管政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 To helping the development of low-carbon industry system, an analysis on the industrial differences and convergence of carbon intensity is necessary. Based on technologies of distributional difference measurement and Convergence test, the industrial differences of carbon intensity about 38 industrial sectors over the period 1999–2011 in Chongqing were evaluated and tested. The results show that: the carbon intensity industrial differences were falling volatility, and there was both absolute β convergence and club convergence. The distribution character of industrial carbon intensity verified the effection of management, and the result of club convergence test shows that different regulatory policy should be taken on industries belong to different clubs.更多还原
