【摘要】 近年来,随着我国外贸体制的改革,中小外贸企业发展迅速,但在经营中也存在着一些问题,不利于企业和行业的长期可持续发展。基于自身的内外部优势和劣势,中小外贸企业要实现可持续发展,必须着眼于竞争战略的调整、经营模式的升级转型、企业组织战略和管理制度的优化以及国际化经营等方面。同时,政府应在经营环境、金融政策、产业政策等方面发挥支持或引导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the reform of China’s foreign trade system in recent years,small-medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have rapidly developed,but the problems in management are prejudicing the long term sustainable development of the enterprises as well as the whole industry. On account of their internal weakness and external threats,the SME foreign trade enterprises should take efforts to adjust their competition strategy,upgrade their management mode,optimize their organization and management system,and improve their internationalization strategy. Meanwhile,the government needs to support and guide the development of the SME foreign trade enterprises in terms of business environment,finance policy and industry policy.更多还原
