【Abstract】 The beverage with Tremella aurantialba and rose juice as raw materials, adding honey and lemon juice to blend flavors and stabilizing agents of composites including CMC and xanthan gum, the optimal processing conditions and recipe were determined by simple factors tests and orthogonal test.The results showed that: rose juice was 9%, the honey was 2%, the lemon juice was 0.9%, the CMC was 0.15% and the xanthan gum was 0.10%.更多还原
