大孔树脂纯化火龙果果皮色素工艺研究

【摘要】 为了筛选出对火龙果果皮红色素纯化性能好的树脂,采用S-8、AB-8、CAD-40、D101 4种大孔树脂对火龙果果皮红色素进行静态吸附和解吸试验,并研究了大孔树脂对火龙果皮色素的纯化工艺条件。结果表明:S-8树脂对色素的吸附与解吸率最高;S-8树脂纯化火龙果皮色素的最佳工艺为:上样液浓度1 g/L,上样液pH5.2,吸附流速2 BV/h,洗脱剂为0.2%HCl-40%乙醇水溶液,洗脱流速2 BV/h。纯化后色素色价提高了4倍,呈亮紫色,色泽通透。

【Abstract】 In order to screen the optimum macroporous resins and conditions for the purification of pigment from peel of white pitaya,the static adsorption and desorption of four kinds macroporous resins(S-8,AB-8,CAD-40,D101) were investigated.The purification processes conditions were also studied.The result indicated that S-8 resin was suitable resin for purifying pigment from peel of white pitaya.The optimum conditions of purifacation with macroporous resin S-8 were that the initial concentration of pigment 1 g/L,the pH value of pigment 5.2,the flow rate of adsorption 2 BV/h,0.2% HCl-40% ethanol as eluant,and the flow rate of desorption 2 BV/h.The color value of purified pigment was fourfold higher than original one.
